Recognizing the potential in its prized Garden Park, the Client wanted to refresh the lobby and residential corridors, and expand an existing small fitness space for their valued tenants. With the desire to respect the building’s gracious and understated bones while bringing it firmly into the now, the concept was to use a neutral palette for the common spaces which then becomes a jumping off point for a fresh and funky fitness space that overlooks Spring Garden Road to the east and west. Construction is to begin in early 2018.
