Walsh House

Located in downtown Halifax, the architectural design for the Alexander strives to strike a balance between the contemporary and the traditional. The glassy structure reaches 250’-0” into the Halifax skyline, affording occupants unrivalled views of the city and harbour, while remaining anchored at its base with ironstone – a nod to its beloved neighbour, the Brewery Market building. The project includes 240 modern suites and features a two-storey lobby, two social suites, a generous fitness space, and a large rooftop garden which offers commanding views of the harbour and city at large.
